All products are manufactured at our

Food and Drug Administration (Maharashtra State, India)-approved facility

located in Kolhapur, Maharashtra State, India.

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with the necessary resources including:

  • Separate receiving and raw material storage areas

​

  • Manufacturing process area equipped with

    • pulverizing machine

    • jacketed and insulated fermentation tanks with heating and/or cooling arrangement built using food grade stainless steel

​

  • Packaging facility equipped with

    • liquid filling machine

    • capping machine

    • filter press

    • pumps

    • bottle cleaning machines

​

  • Separate Quality Control (Q.C.) laboratory for in-house testing of Q.C. parameters for asava

​

  • Laboratory scale facility with fermentation tanks ranging from 5 L, 25 L, 70 L up to 375 L capacity. This facility is primarily used for pilot batches of new products

​

  • We work with GMP-compliant laboratories for phytochemical tests as required by the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy) or by customer request. The laboratories are approved by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), Govt. of India

  • Separate finished goods storage area
